Jacqueline Miller
Jacqueline professionally entered the health care profession in 2013 and has served in many different capacities within healthcare, from academic institutions to hospitals. As a healthcare professional, she understands the complexities and challenges that clients can face when caring for loved ones at home and wants to provide reassurance and support in making an easier transition for individuals to stay in their home.

Yolanda Benjamin
Yolanda has served across the healthcare continuum since 2006, ranging from the hospital setting to correctional facilities. As a result, she has a vast amount of experience with individuals of different backgrounds, needs and abilities.Over the years, Yolanda has developed skillfulness in home-based care, supporting individuals who choose to remain in the comfort of their own homes. She brings a warm, patient-centered approach that fosters trust and dignity. Her ability to navigate complex care situations with empathy and professionalism makes her a valued advocate for those seeking personalized, in-home support.
